1. Mango Trifle
Mango Trifle is a superb recipe that combines the elements of creaminess, fruitiness, and cake in each bite. First, place slices of sponge cake or ladyfingers on the bottom of a trifle bowl or dish. Spread a layer of creamy custard or pudding over the cake and then top it up with fresh mango slices.
Perform another round of layering, making sure that each layer is equally spread throughout the dough. Lastly, cover the top of the final layer with a layer of whipped cream and decorate the dessert with more mango slices and possibly, a sprig of mint.
