  • 3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce

  • Hot cooked egg noodles (if you want them)

Steps:

  1. Take out your 3-quart slow cooker. Put the beef strips inside.
  2. Add flour, salt, and pepper to the beef. Mix until the meat gets coated.
  3. Put in the sliced onion and green pepper. Add the can of tomatoes with their juice.
  4. Put in the drained mushrooms. Pour in the soy sauce and molasses.
  5. Mix all ingredients together in the slow cooker. Put the lid on. Set the cooker to low heat.
