1. Rack of Lambs
Rack of lamb is an obvious showstopper at the dinner table. A symmetrical row of succulent lamb chops, still attached to the rib bones is often known to be one of the premium cuts of meat in lambs. Typically, it is seasoned with a blend of aromatic herbs like rosemary, thyme, and garlic to elevate the natural flavors of the lamb.
