The perfect pork loin uses pork loin marinated for 1-3 days in Italian dressing and a splash of lemon juice. The juicy, melt-in-your-mouth pork that comes afterward releases a burst of rich, meaty savoriness in each bite.
Before baking, the Lawry’s salt and Mrs. Dash are rubbed on the entire loin. After cooking, the loin is coated with brown sugar and put on the grill. A nice glaze is formed on the surface upon melting of the sugar.
